The new urbanism townhome community in the heart of downtown Chamblee, Ga. (just off Peachtree Rd.) was a collaborative effort. Designed by TSW Architects, and developed and built by Cablik Enterprises, The Bristol also benefited from the services of HRC Engineers. HRC professionals provided land surveying, landscape architecture and civil engineering to help make this project as successful as it could be.
The 17 townhouses, each of which feature a rooftop garden, were priced from the high $500s to $1 million+—and all sold quickly.
“There’s no limit to the amount of work I would give this team,” said Alan Cablik, head of Cablik Enterprises, expressing his trust and satisfaction with a job well done. Alan was referred to HRC by another developer who’s worked with HRC for years.
