It was team building at its best on Oct. 21. At the annual Create2Elevate event, HRC Engineers’ small groups put their heads together to come up with programs to make the company a better place to work—and enhance its ability to deliver value to clients. Each employee team spent time coming up with an idea and putting a presentation together. Ideas ranged from process optimization to new employee recruitment to marketing—and all were winners. Shoot for the Stars, an incentive program rewarding employees for going above-and-beyond, was selected as Grand Champion. Members of this winning team are Brian Howell, Hope Hendrix, Howard Smith, Tripp Dunn, and Nate Corley.
