Jonathan Tilenis was accepted to the 2023-24 Class of the ACEC Georgia Engineering Leadership Academy (ELA). The ACEC (American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia) represents more than 200 member firms that employ 9,500+ people in the state. ELA is a nine-month, intensive leadership development course designed for P.E.s experienced in managing projects and those being considered for higher-level leadership roles within their firm. Jonathan is one of just 24 applicants accepted. “I look forward to developing leadership skills I can apply to benefit HRC clients, as well as connecting with others on similar career paths,” Jonathan said.
