May 30, 2024 was a milestone day for HRC’s Director of Design Jonathan Tilenis, P.E.–and for the firm. That’s when Jonathan graduated from the Engineering Leadership Academy, an American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia (ACEC) program for engineering professionals that instills strategic thinking skills required for leadership development. ACEC advocates for public policy and legislation to improve the business climate for the engineering industry, promote economic development, and protect the profession. Jonathan joined HRC as an intern in 2015, and has been a valued team member since.
