Congratulations to the most recent HRC team member to receive professional certification. Project Manager Sam Kennemer recently passed the four-part national exam to become a Professional Landscape Architect (PLA). The rigorous 2.5-year process is a career milestone—and a boon to HRC clients benefitting from his design expertise.
The Mississippi State graduate started with HRC as an undergraduate in 2018, interning at metro Atlanta firm HRC for a summer. After graduation Sam came on board full time. As an intern, a full-time employee—and now a Professional Landscape Architect—he enjoys collaborating with teammates to solve problems that help the developers HRC serves succeed.
An Alabama native, Sam now lives in Smyrna, Ga.—just a stone’s throw away from Truist Field, home of the Braves (and his favorite pro team).
