Brian Howell, PLA, and Sam Kennemer, PLA, recently received their Professional Landscape Architect certifications in the state of Georgia. Both newly minted Georgia PLAs are graduates of Mississippi State University.
Sam, who is also registered in Alabama, and Brian, who is also registered in Mississippi, have each met requirements to practice in Georgia. The two professionals serve valued municipal, commercial, and multi- and single-family developers out of the newly opened HRC Engineers’ office located in Sandy Springs, Georgia. “Broadening the licensure of HRC team members is part of HRC’s commitment to making our clients more successful, and our communities, better,” said Darryl Ray, RLA, HRC Vice President.
