HRC LEADERSHIP
Howard heads the 35+ member team of Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Land Surveyors and business services professionals. He inspires them to put client needs first to assure each project is executed with precision. A Civil Engineer, Howard’s headed the business since 2000 with a focus on delivering value. He’s on the boards of Tanner Health, the Carroll County Chamber, Douglas UnitE and the Carroll Symphony, and is also a board member and past chair of the Douglas County Chamber. A Georgia Institute of Technology graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Howard mentors STEM students at a local high school.
Darryl’s a registered Landscape Architect, responsible for planning and design projects for HRC clients. He joined the company in 2005 and leads a group of talented designers from conceptual master planning through project implementation to create the attractive, functional, and sustainable spaces for which HRC is known. Darryl earned two bachelor’s degrees as well as a master’s from Mississippi State and taught at the university’s department of Landscape Architecture.
Aaron is a Registered Land Surveyor with more than 20 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility in the land development arena, and now leads business development at HRC Engineers. He joined the firm in 2007 and since then his priority has been to create productive, long-lasting client relationships through delivery of customized, innovative solutions. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University (now part of Kennesaw State) in Georgia.
Jonathan joined HRC Engineers in 2015 as an intern—and joined the team full-time a year later. Since then he’s taken on increasing responsibility for client projects, and now serves as Director of Design. He works closely with the firm’s civil engineers, landscape architects and surveyors to deliver the high-quality designs for which HRC is known. He’s a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Aaron joined HRC in 2018. Since then, he’s taken on increasing responsibility for projects, and now serves as Director of Survey. He works closely with clients, contractors, and civil engineers to deliver the high-quality surveys for which HRC is known. He’s a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Agricultural Engineering Technology & Business with concentrations in Surveying & Geomatics.
