HRC Engineers, Surveyors & Landscape Architects were named the Small Business of the Year by the Douglas County Chamber of Commerce, at the organization’s annual Winter Ball. The Chamber and the Douglas County Sentinel have named HRC (Hughes Ray Company) as one of 10 winning businesses. HRC was also named a Small Business of Excellence in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
